ma77 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ma77 ("ma77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ma77 online gaming platform, including the website at ma77.club, all associated mobile interfaces, games, services, promotions, and any other features made available by ma77 (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the ma77 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the ma77 Platform.

These Terms should be read together with ma77's Privacy Policy and any specific terms applicable to individual promotions or games, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

To be eligible to register and use the ma77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ma77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the ma77 Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. ma77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To access the full range of ma77 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ma77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ma77 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.

• Accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended without prior notice.
• Any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
• Players who have had an account closed for violations may not register a new account without prior written approval from ma77.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ma77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

ma77 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.

ma77 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the ma77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ma77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

The following transaction limits apply on the ma77 Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day to process.
• ma77 charges zero transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals.

All funds deposited into your ma77 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ma77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your ma77 account.

ma77 is required by law to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on player accounts. As part of this process, ma77 may request supporting documentation — including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

ma77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as PBA Finals, NBA playoffs, and major UFC fight nights. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ma77 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your ma77 account in the form of bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, unless a different requirement is specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirements. Game contributions vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• ma77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ma77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the ma77 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of cheating.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the ma77 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ma77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

ma77 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action, without prior notice.

All content on the ma77 Platform — including but not limited to the ma77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ma77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ma77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ma77.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any ma77 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of ma77's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which ma77 reserves all legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ma77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ma77 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Errors or interruptions in game software or Platform functionality.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to circumstances beyond ma77's reasonable control, including but not limited to payment processor outages, banking system failures, or force majeure events.

ma77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

ma77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the ma77 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ma77 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with anti-money laundering (AML) and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
• Improving Platform functionality and user experience.

ma77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services. All data sharing is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

ma77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal hardship.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ma77 players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ma77 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ma77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

ma77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the ma77 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting ma77 support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. ma77 recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

ma77 operates in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints relating to the operation of the ma77 Platform may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

In the event of a dispute between you and ma77 relating to your account, a transaction, or any aspect of the Platform, you agree to first contact ma77 support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. ma77 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.
